No licensed data. - Order of the card follows actuarial reporting (ASOP No. 41, 25, 23): exposure, experience, credibility, range, caution. - Range v2: baseline = revenue x (1 + mean of one-year and three-year pace); 80% range from the 10th-90th percentile of how 7,847 SEC company-years ($50M+ revenue, 2022-2024) actually turned out, by size band. - Forecast Registry: each range is logged once per company-year with a SHA-256 fingerprint and scored when the next 10-K arrives. Misses are published with hits: https://www.pops4.com/boards/scorecard ## Limits - Annual audited figures only (10-K). No quarterly figures yet, and no share prices. - Banks and insurers report revenue differently; their cards can be thin, and say so rather than guess. - Figures are as filed; restatements, acquisitions and changes of fiscal year can move them. - The range is calibrated, not a forecast: about 8 in 10 outcomes should land inside it, and the scorecard checks in public whether they do. - Reporting, not investment advice. No price targets, no buy or sell views. ## Other POPS4 endpoints - Product catalogue MCP (70,000+ products): https://mcp.pops4.com/mcp - Developer page: https://www.pops4.com/boards/developers Maintained by Jenny Huang Goodman MPA MSc MHSA, Principal · Hako Shikin LLC, Virginia Beach · jenny@pops4.com
