Post every day. Be consistent. Feed the algorithm. It is the most confidently repeated growth advice anywhere, and there is no credible data tying cadence to growth. What the data does tie to growth is being recommended and being quotable.

Volume mostly trains you to mistake motion for progress. One operator who already has an audience pointing at you outperforms thirty posts shouting into the feed. The grind feels productive; the recommendation actually moves the number.

**The steal:** skip a post this week. Take that hour and get one person with a real audience to mention you, a trade, a guest piece, a genuine recommendation. Do that four times a month and you have built distribution while the competition built a posting streak.

The myth this ends: that discipline equals output equals growth. Discipline pointed at the wrong lever is expensive busywork. Point it at relationships and you compound while everyone else burns out.

## The takeaway

Skip the post. Get one person with an audience to point at you.
