(This is the part that gets the opens.)\n[ your take… ]\n———\nHere is a real one you can run this week 👇\nFMCG brands are treating packaging as a revenue channel by allowing third-party advertising on boxes and labels, per Little Black Book.\nHere's the cool part — the lever almost everyone misses (and you don't have to): your packaging is prime real estate you already own. If you have 100,000 units shipping per month, that is 100,000 ad impressions guaranteed at point-of-use. Sell that real estate to non-competing brands at $0.50-$2.00 per thousand impressions and recover 5-15% of the package cost. Run this play by identifying 2-3 complementary brands (not competitors) and pitching a quarterly package ad slot. Start with the back label, which is lowest risk. Measure redemption rate on any coupon or code you include.\nWhat that means for you: Most brands see the box as cost. Smarter brands see it as inventory. If you are shipping thousands of units monthly, that box is media. The buyer opens it and sees your product plus a curated ad. It is not spammy if the ad is relevant to the buyer. That is the lever.\nIf you make, sell, or gift anything with your name on it — this is yours to run. You can do this.\n(Real, not theory — Little Black Book: https://news.google.com/rss/articles/CBMiekFVX3lxTE5ab3dnUlFVQjBhOEs5eXpDbG9jNXZIclEybUVrcXJ3Z3NFaVJkQmNhLVFuSkZwVm5najcyM0J3akZjYVlhVmZPOUNUYW5BSFBoam.)\n———\nOr — want it built FOR you?
