For custom packaging, elegant finishes, and secure media, pricing is provided by concierge quote based on specs, run size, materials, and finish requirements. We do not charge consultation fees for quoting.

Minimums vary by category. Most standard promotional products have minimums between 12 and 100 units. Custom packaging typically starts at 250–500 units depending on structure and finish. Corporate apparel minimums depend on the garment and decoration method. Submit a quote request with your target quantity and we will confirm feasibility and pricing without obligation.

If you have a legitimate competitor quote for the same product, same imprint method, same quantity, and same quality level, submit it at pops4.com/price-match.html. We verify the comparison, and if it qualifies, we match or beat the price. We do not match misrepresented specs, misleading quantity tiers, or quotes that exclude setup and freight.

Setup fees vary by product and decoration method. Screen printing, embroidery, die-cutting, and foil stamping typically carry a one-time setup charge per design or color. These are confirmed at the time of quoting and are clearly itemized. Repeat orders using the same artwork often reduce or eliminate setup fees entirely.

Every custom order receives a digital proof before production begins. For custom packaging and elegant finish programs, physical press proofs are available upon request for high-value runs. Our concierge team manages proof approval, flags artwork concerns before they reach the press, and confirms final sign-off before any production is authorized. We do not proceed without explicit client approval.

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for all imprint work. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI or higher at print size are also acceptable. Our team flags any artwork that may not reproduce cleanly and provides guidance before the proof stage. Clean vector files reduce proof cycles and protect finish integrity — especially on foil, emboss, and spot UV applications.

"What is the in-hands date, and what is the absolute latest I can approve the proof?" Every delayed order traces back to a missed proof window or an underestimated timeline. Before you order, know your hard deadline, count backward from it, and build in 5–7 business days of buffer after delivery for inspection, staging, and distribution. Then tell us that date — not the event date — when you submit your quote. We will design the production schedule around your real constraint, not an optimistic estimate.

Standard promotional products typically ship 5–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production (2–5 business days) is available on many items at an additional charge. Custom packaging requires 10–20 business days after proof approval depending on structure and finish complexity. Secure media timelines are project-specific. Turnaround is always confirmed at the time of quoting.

Yes — all 50 U.S. states. We use regional production routing through Hako Shikin's manufacturing brokerage network to select the production facility closest to the delivery destination, reducing transit time and freight cost. For large programs, we can arrange drop-ship to multiple locations, kitting and assembly, or warehousing coordination.

Initiate your quote at least 3–4 weeks before your required delivery date for standard promotional products, and 6–8 weeks for custom packaging or complex gift programs. Always plan for delivery at least 5–7 business days before your actual use date — to allow for inspection, staging, kitting, and any final assembly. It manages supplier relationships, routes production to qualified regional manufacturing facilities, and maintains quality and compliance standards across all programs. Hako Shikin does not own manufacturing facilities — it selects and invests in manufacturing corporations that limit access to wholesale licensees and brokers. This structure gives POPS4 clients access to institutional-grade production without institutional-scale minimums.
