Accenture Song acquired Superdigital, a Boca Raton social and influencer agency, for undisclosed terms. The deal adds 12 years of short-form video production capacity and community-management infrastructure to Accenture's interactive division, which already operates 91 agency brands across 52 markets.
Superdigital operates offices in Boca Raton and New York. Founded in 2013, the agency built its client roster around platform-native content production—TikTok creative, Instagram Reels architecture, YouTube Shorts optimization—and influencer-network access. Accenture's statement did not disclose headcount, revenue, or client names. The acquisition closed without prior announcement, a structure Accenture has used for seven of its last ten agency purchases since 2019.
The move matters because Accenture Song now controls end-to-end influencer-marketing infrastructure: strategy consulting, talent procurement, content production, media buying, and measurement. Luxury hospitality groups and heritage consumer brands increasingly treat influencer campaigns as performance channels, not awareness experiments. They need agencies that can negotiate creator contracts, produce platform-compliant creative, and tie engagement to revenue. Superdigital's short-form video capability fills the production gap between Accenture's strategy consultants and its media-buying desks. Worth noting: Accenture Song already owns Droga5, which handles brand positioning, and Karla Otto, which manages fashion and luxury public relations. Superdigital slots between them, handling the volume production of platform content that luxury brands need to maintain feed presence without diluting editorial control.
The timing aligns with two shifts in allocator behavior. First, family offices and private-equity sponsors now model influencer spend as a distinct line item in brand-acquisition underwriting, requiring operational depth that standalone boutiques cannot deliver. Second, platform algorithms increasingly reward volume and velocity over production polish, forcing brands to choose between expensive bespoke creative and scalable template systems. Accenture is assembling the infrastructure to offer both.
Operators and allocators should track three follow-on events. Accenture will likely integrate Superdigital's influencer-network access into its existing client engagements within 90 days, starting with consumer-packaged-goods and hospitality accounts. The firm will either announce a branded content-production platform or begin quietly offering Superdigital's short-form templates as a managed service by Q2 2025. Finally, Accenture Song will disclose at least one additional agency acquisition before June 2025—the holding company has maintained a pace of eight to twelve acquisitions per year since 2020.
Accenture Song now operates 92 agency brands. The company has not updated its headcount since reporting 75,000 employees in August 2024.
