Foot Locker added Salomon to its footwear assortment across select stores and online, according to Retail Dive, a move that trades some of its historical basketball-sneaker floor space for French trail-running and hiking product. The timing follows Salomon's New York flagship opening by two weeks and brings Salomon's $150-$200 average unit retail into a channel historically anchored to $120-$140 basketball shoes.
